January Recap
We had an excellent 2010 kickoff meeting at American Guaranty Title on January 12, where we learned about the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit. Special thanks to our presenters:
• Kathy Schroeder, Coldwell Banker Jim Stewart Realtors
• Julie Brinker, Wallick & Volk
• Jennifer Manning, Pattillo, Brown, & Hill
Despite cold winds and torrential rain, a small group of YPs gathered at the Hilton in downtown Waco January 28 for cocktails and conversation. The small, but lively group included YP veterans and several first-time visitors. It was a great opportunity to learn some interesting tidbits about fellow YPs. For instance, did you know we have a Harvard grad among us? Well we do. Don't miss the next opportunity to make some new friends have a little fun… February 25.
